Short and Sweet WTF

Man, where does the time go?

Not a whole ton has happened on the blog since this time last year, and that’s in large part due to the absolute train-wreck my life turned into just eight days after last year’s blogiversary. I ended up having emergency surgery to remove my gallbladder, and that just sparked a whole domino effect sort of deal—just one thing after the other, leaving me more and more depleted with each new thing I pushed myself to get through. I’m still in the process of recovering from that—and probably will be for a while. Even so, I did manage to review some books like I said I wanted to in my seventh blogiversary post, and I’ve started posting Kawaii Sky—only the prologue so far, but still a big win. I’m thankful for everyone who continues to read this blog and hope you’ll stick with me and see where the next year takes us!
