Thanksgiving will look a little (or a lot) different this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but there’s two things we can still be thankful for: family and friends, and that we are not the turkeys.

I am busy in the kitchen this week preparing various foods for my family’s Thanksgiving dinner. I’ve picked up quite a few useful cooking tips that I’ve put into practice from the South Korean cooking TV show Naengjanggo-reul Butakhae, English translation “Please Take Care of My Refrigerator”—something I’m sure many will be saying after the Thanksgiving holiday.
