Short and Sweet WTF

This is my first post this year and it’s already almost March! 😱 However, although I haven’t been posting, don’t let it be said that I’ve been idle. Here’s some of the stuff I’ve been up to:

• Those of you who read the blog on a browser (not the Jetpack app) will already have noticed that the blog has gotten a pretty significant makeover! I’m pretty excited about it. I’ve been feeling some serious old web nostalgia which I hope you enjoy as much as I do.
• Stellalune: This is the short name for my next astrology book, officially Kawaii Sky: an astrology adventure. (I also refer to it as KS). Things are finally—FINALLY—coming together. I’ll be publishing it as a web novel right here on the blog. I’m pretty excited about that too.
• Coming soon: I’m going to post some characters bios soon, and chapter one is finally! finished! Except for the part where it has to get off of the paper and onto the screen. I have no idea how people do drafting on the computer, it’s just so clunky compared to pen and paper.
• I’ve been learning pixel art! I actually kind of fell into it ass-backward while working on art for one of the locations in Stellalune. But it’s been super fun to learn. It’s something I’ve always been jealous of people who can do it and for some reason it always seemed out of reach for me.
• Finally, and most recently, I had a liver biopsy done, which I don’t recommend unless absolutely necessary. It was not a fun time.

Anyhow, thanks for reading, and I hope you’re as excited as I am about what’s to come! Chronic fatigue is still kicking my butt, so it’ll be coming in a slow and steady sort of way, but it’ll get there. 💖
