Lottie’s Wedding Expo

I missed this event in the live service Pocket Camp and have been waiting for it to reissue. It’s the current garden event in Pocket Camp Complete and ending 6/9, so if you don’t have this series you better move fast! In this post I’ll be sharing the campsite layout I made using the items from this series.

The Layout

Photos in this layout are all taken during the day.

Terrain used in this layout:

  • Back: Snowy Garden
  • Middle: Sakura Park
  • Fore: Cherry Blossom Grove
  • Sky: Lunar Rainbow

Although the Sakura Park middle terrain has lots of cute pick flagstone walking paths, I used three of the cobblestone rug (general catalogue) and two of the cottage brick rug (Shari’s cottage cookie) to make more of a cozy town vibe to go along with the Sakura cafe. I used items from Vivian’s drizzle cookie to build the street (plus the charming shop front from Timbra’s tinsel cookie, but this could easily be swapped for another one of the buildings from Vivian’s drizzle cookie).

The cobblestone rugs lead to the foreground, where I have another one of the little houses from Vivian’s drizzle cookie with the bistro table and chair from Piper’s sunbeam cookie. (Check out my woodland spring wedding layout for a layout using this and other items from Piper’s sunbeam cookie.) The bus and bus stop here are also from Vivian’s drizzle cookie, which is one of my all time fave cookies because it has such cozy spring/summer vibes.

On the left side of the cobblestone rugs I have used items from Bree’s boutique cookie plus a few window partitions to make a little boutique, with items from Butch’s candlelit cookie to make a photo spot in front of it. Here is an exterior view of the boutique:

And an interior shot:

And here’s the photo spot:

As you can see, I have added the special furniture Kick’s vintage camera for added flair, but a similar effect can be created using the vintage camera item unlocked via Lobo’s special request.

This layout also looks quite nice during the golden hour (15:00-16:59 in-game time), which you can see below. I have used the streetlights from the hide-and-seek gyroidite series, but whatever you have on hand should also work.

This layout looks good at night as well, but the cozy vibes are stronger during the day and sunset. Here is a shot of the wedding expo centerpiece at night:

As you can see, it has more of a chill vibe, which is also a vibe I can get behind, but wasn’t my main inspiration for this layout.

I hope you enjoyed this post! The current garden event runs through Tuesday 6/9, so break out the fertilizer if you want to get this series before it’s gone. See you next time!
