Today marks the 5-year anniversary of this blog’s beginning. I didn’t accomplish much this year, due to an ongoing battle with chronic illness. But that’s not to say nothing happened at all!
What’s happened since last year’s blogiversary
Here are some of the great things that I and the blog did accomplish:
- Published a book!
- The Database of Demons and Death Gods started getting more traffic
- Maintained overall site traffic despite not posting as frequently
- Started blogging about Pokémon GO
- Caught many Bidoof
What’s Next
Today marks the end of the post schedule I set up at the beginning of this year. This schedule limited posts to once a month due to my struggle with chronic fatigue.
For the rest of the year, I’m planning to move away from the once-monthly schedule. I have an idea for a new series that I am excited to share with you. Please be patient (I am very tired) and look forward to that soon! I’m hoping to get it started by the end of the month, and all I’m going to say now is, that if you have been enjoying the Pokémon GO posts and/or liked the “how was that even published” posts from the blog’s beginning—I think you’re going to like what I have planned.
I’d also like to add some more content to the Database of Demons and Death Gods, but due to limited energy, that’s not something I can commit to 100% right now. For the time being, I am leaving that as a wishlist item, but I will let you know if that changes!
Cheers!
Emily
